Exercise & Fall Prevention for Seniors 65+


I saw this and thought it was a terrific idea! There are weekly classes and they card you at the door so bring your ID for registration. Classes are at Lillian H Smith Library 239 CollegeToronto and run from 10:30-11:30 am. Free but you must pre-register. 
Also available:
Tuesdays from 11 am-noon at Yorkville Library, 22 Yorkville (starting Apr 12) – register at 416-393-7660.
