Delicious! Pan American Food Festival celebrats the cuisine and culture of North, South, Central America and the Caribbean. Live music by Fito Blanko (Saturday August 13 9:30 pm) and Chantel Collado (Sunday August 14 7 pm), Carnaval of Bolivia dancers, ceviche competition and more. Opening reception Friday August 12 at Daniels Spectrum ($50, eventbrite.ca), free admission to the weekend in the square.
