6 New Rules for Wine Pairing

The Toronto Star featured this story over the weekend and I loved it. My favorite rule is #6:

1. You can drink white wine with steak.
2. …And red with fish and seafood. 
3. Get into the sauce. 
4. Add a little sparkle to your life.
5. Sweet surrender.
6. Don’t be afraid to break the rules.
