The Pauline Hinch Endowment Fund
Established through the generosity of Pauline’s husband, Gordon Hinch, the Endowment fund is an annual or biennial award providing a full or partial scholarship to Library staff members seeking to qualify as a librarian at an accredited library science program.
Named in honour of Pauline Hinch, the Endowment Fund supports the Pauline Hinch Memorial Award for Staff Development.
This Award recognizes Pauline’s contribution to the Library, through her outstanding career as well as her contribution to the profession of librarianship. It supports Toronto Library staff pursuing a career in public librarianship and who wish to continue to grow in a gratifying profession.
