Skate for Heart Feb 17

Come out and skate your heart out at the Shops at Don Mills Feb 17 from 11am-1pm. Individual Entry: $10. Team Entry: $5 per individual (minimum 3 persons). For every lap skated around the rink, we are asking participants to collect $5.00 in pledges from family, friends, neighbours, and co-workers.  The more you raise, the more you skate, the closer we get to our fundraiser goal and the promotion of health in Canada! Entry will include access to a draw for valuable prizes from our sponsors and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as giveaways from Devry Smith Frank LLP. Meals in Minutes!

I gave Katrina the new Jamie Oliver cookbook called Meals in Minutes and the recipes are AMAZING!  You can always watch his show from 1pm-1:30pm during the week (Katrina tells me) or you can go online to his website and load recipes and watch him cook them as well!  Visit Jamie Oliver and pick a recipe that you like. Katrina's favorite is the roast beef dish with yorkshire pudding (baby popovers), baby carrots crispy potatoes and the delicious super quick  gravy. He has great tips and the dishes are healthier then anything you could order in.
