Family Fishing at the Rouge Marsh on the Toronto Waterfront May 29
Join the Rouge Watershed partners and West Rouge Sports and Recreation for a day of family fishing fun at the Rouge Beaches. Bring your fishing equipment and get advice from local experts. A limited supply of fishing equipment is available for use on a first come first served basis. Take a break from fishing to watch a fly fishing demonstration and give it a try for yourself. Meet Hawks Shadow and hear his traditional stories and wisdom about how we can connect with Mother Earth.
Fishing licences are required with the exception of children under 18 and seniors 65 and over. For more information on obtaining a fishing license visit: www.mnr.gov.on.ca

Location: Rouge Beach Park is located at the mouth of the Rouge River, at Lake Ontario; (Lawrence Avenue East and the Rouge Hills Drive intersection). Take Port Union Road south of Hwy 401 to Lawrence Avenue. Follow Lawrence Avenue east to the end.
Enjoy!
