The golden years Wellness Expo June 23!

I saw this in the paper and thought it was a great idea!

This FREE 55+ Wellness Expo has set its’ sites high! We have City Councillor Adrian Heaps as one of several guest speakers, talking about his personal wellness plan and the City's commitment to seniors. Dozens of vendors will display innovative lifestyle products and provide educational information to all visitors. A light sit down lunch will also be included as part of this free event. Visitors should plan to spend the full 4 hours enjoying all the guest speakers, displays, and demonstrations.
